Jesus’ mother, his aunt, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene stood at the foot of the cross. Jesus saw his mother and the disciple he loved standing near her.

What is Jesus concern as he is facing a slow and cruel death for us? It is for his mother. Jesus leads the way showing us it is not about us. It is about others. It is about family. He makes sure we are taken care of. No one left behind.
