Common sense

The most difficult thing in life to control is our tongue. What we say makes a difference. Words spoken in anger or cynicism can hurt beyond repair. Will we spread destruction every time we speak? Will we knowingly hurt others?

God’s goal for us is for us to speak with love and compassion. With God’s Holy Spirit in us we can be wise.  We can restrain our negative comments and use common sense.

May we speak the common sense of God and be preserved.
