Sometimes I have to be challenged. Jesus does it all the time.
This quote from Oswald Chambers hit me right between the eyes. I am responsible to GOD for other people coming to His Son Jesus. There is no plan B. GOD is counting on me.

God’s goal for me to accept responsibility. Jesus has sent us out to the world to disciple them in the way of God. It is my responsibility to instruct them. The good news is that Jesus is with us.
God authorized and commanded me to commission you: Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:18-20
Here are the key ideas:
- God is depending us to do his will.
- God’s goal is for us to be responsible and to instruct others.
- Jesus has challenged us.
- The good news is that Jesus is with us.

I would like to add something…….You have accepted the responsibility long ago from what i have seen from you since i have known you…..but now that YOU know it even more personally…….its time to step it up. I will pray daily for your strength and courage as you will need it my friend. I am here if you ever ever need. I am so happy to hear you seeing that responsibility. He’s counting on us to encourage one another in the faith. We’re all somewhere on the journey and there is a push me pull you process underway as we love our neighbors. Thanks for being a player rather than than a spectator.
