Love

When we think of leaders, how often do we think of love and truth?

That should become our normal criteria. God’s goal for us is to love. Love, coupled with truth, is the essence of integrity. That makes for a sound leader. Truth, without love, can lead us astray.

A leader must care about people. Without that foundation, truth cannot stand on its own.
