Today I choose joy

Today I choose joy

Jesus, the Messiah, challenges us to change our minds (repent). Do we need more or do we have more than enough? It is an essential question. I know there are days I want more even though I already have more than enough.

Why is everyone hungry for more? We don’t see everything that our loving Father has already given us. We don’t see what his goal and plans are for our future. We need to change our minds. We need to do it now.

Today I choose joy. I will have more joy in this ordinary day than I need.

Why is everyone hungry for more? “More, more,” they say.
“More, more.”
I have God’s more-than-enough,
More joy in one ordinary day.

Psalm 4:6-7
