Judge
I complain about others. It isn’t very pretty or becoming. I am ashamed when I think about it. Many times, I don’t think about it, feeling very justified with myself. They deserve it, I think.
Jesus is clear to me. I am not to judge. Jesus is the Judge, not me. I know I am guilty.
It is clearly a gift of God, through his son Jesus, that I am redeemed and don’t face the music.
God’s goal for me is for me to love. I am not to judge others, but I am to love them. Thank goodness for the power of the Holy Spirit to help me. I can do all things with that power.
Friends, don’t complain about each other. A far greater complaint could be lodged against you, you know. The Judge is standing just around the corner.
