I am a child of God. I believe that Jesus is the anointed one (the Messiah) who is in charge of God’s country. Jesus is my Master. Jesus has been put in charge of everything by our Father.
Jesus challenges me to love God. When I love God, I must love my brothers and sisters. The two go hand and in hand.
God’s goal is for me to love. As God’s child, I must obey him. That isn’t a big deal at all.
Every person who believes that Jesus is, in fact, the Messiah, is God-begotten. If we love the One who conceives the child, we’ll surely love the child who was conceived. The reality test on whether or not we love God’s children is this: Do we love God? Do we keep his commands? The proof that we love God comes when we keep his commandments and they are not at all troublesome.
