How often do we try to force our way in the processes that the world normally uses? Sheer determination. We’ll get it done.
Persistence is valued but where does it really get us? Planning can be useless if leads to a lack of supernatural courageousness.
God’s plans ROCK. That is all that matters.
- What happens when we live God’s way?
- We stick with Jesus, not our own plans. We develop an incredible sense of compassion in our heart.
- We are convinced there is a basic holiness that is permeating everything and everyone.
We don’t judge. We love no matter what.
In Jesus, we can be involved in loyal commitments. We are able, in Jesus the Messiah, to marshal and direct God’s energy.
Am thinking God may be trying to tell me something … second blog today that carried a very similar message to the message I got on Sunday (yesterday). Wake up every morning asking God to direct your steps. Reminded of Pr 16:9 “The heart of a man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” Oh that the Lord would establish my steps!
