New Life

We say we want life. OK. Jesus is right in front of us. He wants to give life to us.

Am I willing to receive it right now?

This isn’t “did I receive it yesterday”. This isn’t “do I want it” tomorrow. Jesus is in front of us right now.

Do we want it now? We have a choice to make. He is confronting us. What will it be?

May I say, yes Lord, I want life. I want it now.

And here I am, standing right before you, and you aren’t willing to receive from me the life you say you want.
