Jesus is very clear. There is no doubt about what I am to do. The choice is will I obey Him?

Jesus understands that I need to know why I am here. Of course, it is a foundational question. We are not here to please ourselves and do whatever we want.

Jesus calls us to go on a mission for Him and our Father. We are the seasoning of this planet. We must bring out God’s flavor and bring His Kingdom into all the countries.

We are His light to shine the way to others. We must speak out. We must show His love.

To choose otherwise is to abandon His way. The consequence of not being His seasoning for he world is to be useless and end up in the garbage. Not a pleasant thought.

Let me tell you why you are here. You’re here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You’ve lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.” ~~Jesus (Matthew 5:13 The Message)
