There are all kinds of ways to be smart. Jesus tells the story of a rascal and how he outsmarts his boss by being creative before he was about to be fired. He commended him in being resourceful.

Jesus wants us to be practical. He knows trouble is coming our way. He promised it.

Adversity helps us focus. Let’s keep it simple and really live.

Focusing on being good isn’t God’s way. Jesus wants our passion. Jesus wants our heart.
