Forgive to ForgetMan, this is tough. Now Solomon was an amazingly wise man. So this is good advice.

Here are three steps. It is interesting in that Solomon links not reacting with forgiving and forgetting.

  • Don’t react and say it. Just “hold my tongue”.
  • BU. Whether what they say is true or not, I can forgive what they say.
  • Forget. It is much easier to not react if it is the “first time” someone says something we don’t like. Forgetting makes that happen.
