Jesus gives me a job to do. It may not make sense.
My job is to do it. When asked, my answer should be “Jesus, my Master, has asked me to do X.”
The main thing about the main thing is that Jesus is in charge. Jesus has a plan. My job is to obey.
When they were nearing Jerusalem, at Bethphage and Bethany on Mount Olives, he sent off two of the disciples with instructions: “Go to the village across from you. As soon as you enter, you’ll find a colt tethered, one that has never yet been ridden. Untie it and bring it. If anyone asks, ‘What are you doing?’ say, ‘The Master needs him, and will return him right away.’”

I’ve always found this part of Jesus’ narrative fascinating; seems there’s a lot more going on with the people knowing ahead of time perhaps through dreams and vision that their donkey will be used by the Messiah!
