Our focus for work in God’s world is to work as if we are working for God. That is good work. It gets us solid pay.

God expects a commitment to excellence. There shouldn’t be any question of us producing anything else. We represent Him. He is our employer. He is our boss.

God has a goal for us along with a plan for how we will reach His goal. He doesn’t want us to miss the goal.

There is a principle well worth understanding. Being engaged in what we do for a living is important to God. To disengage from our work is a poor reflection on our commitment to God. The engagement leads to solid pay.

May I focus on doing “good” work.

“Bad work gets paid with a bad check; good work gets solid pay.” ~~King Solomon
