There is a better way.

What? Yes, God shows us. It is a God thing.

It is called wisdom. It comes from Jesus.

Just look at our own culture as disciples.  I can’t speak for you but I’m not wise according to human standards. I’m certainly not many powerful or influential. I wasn’t born with great connections. My dad was a humble farmer. God gave him wisdom. 

But God …

  • Yes God, has selected for His purpose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise revealing their ignorance.
  • God has selected for His purpose the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong revealing their frailty. 
  • God has selected for His purpose the insignificant and base things of the world, and the things that are despised and treated with contempt, even the things that are nothing, so that He might reduce to nothing the things that are.

It is all about Jesus and the wisdom He imparts.
