Taking God Seriously
There is a lot frivolity going on and there is nothing wrong with that. Fun is fun and God is good with that.
God Himself is serious though. His business is serious stuff. We should take Him seriously. He is in charge of His government. He is not neglecting anything. He is paying attention to His goals. His plan is being executed. He is getting it done. He is serious about it.
God is serious business, take him seriously; he’s put the earth in place and it’s not moving. 1 Chronicles 16:30-33
Grateful God is serious; never really thought about it deeply about what it would be like if God was not serious, we be in trouble
