And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.[1]

Jesus has a mission for us. He commissioned us. He commanded us to do it. He demands we pay attention. This is not optional. So let us pay attention to what He wants.
His mission for us starts with going out and training. The audience is everyone near and far. What a wonderful time we live in right now.
If we see our mission as a digital ministry, we have the tools to go out and train, near and far. Not only do we have some amazing tools today, but the pace of change is also accelerating so fast that the new tools that will come in the next few years will make our heads spin. They do not make God’s head spin though. It is His intent that we use them to make disciples all over the world.
What an amazing God we serve.
- So … here starts the commitment for the digital ministry.
- Fasten your seat belts, it may be a bumpy ride, but God will use us when we listen to Him about this exciting world.
- Let us not hold back, risking ourselves totally.
Meanwhile, the eleven disciples were on their way to Galilee, headed for the mountain Jesus had set for their reunion. The moment they saw him they worshiped him. Some, though, held back, not sure about worship, about risking themselves totally.

Know what brother? I began thinking about this several years back. A digital ministry is a good idea. But I still think the way it was done in the early Church actually works better with most Third World Countries.
Well, like you rightly pointed out, whether the gospel is preached digitally or in person, the salvation of souls should be most paramount.
This is Heaven’s heartbeat for evangelism: ‘the Lord added to the Church daily such as SHOULD be saved.’

Good point that a digital ministry reaches far and wide. It may even persist after the minister has died. May all of that be for God’s glory.

It does persist and that is great news. Derek Prince is a great example of this.
