Jesus is the Truth

You know, this is my favorite part of all. It does not matter if I am up or down. Happy or sad. Skeptical or unquestioning. Even if I do not have faith, God is always faithful. Nothing can change that all. He will always love me.

God is God and God is faithful.

  • He always has been.
  • He is today.
  • He always will be.

What if some were unfaithful? Does their faithlessness nullify the faithfulness of God? By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar[1]

Romans 3:3-4

Have you ever felt like you are surrounded by lies? Like the world is constantly trying to deceive you and make you doubt the truth? If so, you are not alone. Many people struggle with the same feeling, especially in these times of uncertainty and confusion. But there is a way to overcome this feeling and find peace and confidence in the midst of the chaos. The way is to trust in God and His Word.

The Bible says in Romans 3:3-4, “What if some were unfaithful? Does their faithlessness nullify the faithfulness of God? By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar. ‘That you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you are judged.'” These verses remind us that God is always faithful and true, even when people are not. He never lies or changes His mind. He always keeps His promises and fulfills His purposes. He is the source of all truth and wisdom, and He reveals Himself to us through His Word.

If we want to overcome the lies of the world, we need to cling to the truth of God. We need to study His Word and meditate on it daily. We need to pray and ask Him to guide us and teach us. We need to obey His commands and follow His will. We need to worship Him and praise Him for who He is and what He has done. We need to let God be true in our lives, even if everyone else is a liar.

When we do this, we will experience the benefits of trusting in God and His Word. We will have peace and joy in our hearts, knowing that He is with us and for us. We will have strength and courage to face any challenge or trial, knowing that He is in control and working all things for our good. We will have hope and assurance for the future, knowing that He has prepared a place for us in heaven. We will have freedom and victory over sin, knowing that He has forgiven us and cleansed us by His blood.

Let us not be deceived by the lies of the world, but let us hold fast to the truth of God. Let us not be swayed by the opinions of people, but let us stand firm on the Word of God. Let us not be discouraged by the unfaithfulness of others, but let us rejoice in the faithfulness of God. Let God be true though every one were a liar!
